Ali Gaffney

Ali Gaffney practices in the field of transactional real estate.  She provides legal counsel to developers, real estate investors, retailers and institutional lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate development and traditional development work.  Her practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing.  Ali has also served as in-house counsel to a manufacturing company.  She understands the needs for efficiency in outside counsel and the budget concerns that can constrain deals.  She is well used to ensuring that the legal demands of real estate transactions fit with overall business strategy.  With a focus on helping clients grow their businesses through real property transactions, Ali is known as an efficient, dependable professional  who can turn documents around quickly for clients.
