Connor Peagler

Connor is a Phoenix native who joined BFSO as an associate after recently receiving his law degree from Arizona State University. Prior to attending law school, Connor worked for a local land-brokerage, where he helped developers and landowners secure entitlements and close transactions - including more than $300 million in manufactured-housing community sales to local and institutional investors. Upon returning to school in pursuit of a law degree, Connor focused his legal studies on issues pertinent to Arizona real estate development, including private property rights, land use and zoning, water law, construction law, and federal Indian law. Additionally, during his first year of law school at the University of Gonzaga School of Law, Connor took part in the General Public Practice and Indian Law Clinic and is licensed in the Kalispel Tribal Court as a Spokesperson. During his 2L and 3L years at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Connor externed for BFSO Law and assisted on a wide range of legal matters.

Connor assists on a variety of land use and entitlement matters, reviewing complex development agreements and state and local development requirements to secure project approvals across the state. Beyond land use and entitlement issues, Connor also assists in civil litigation matters such as drafting demand letters, complaints, appellate briefs, and a variety of motions and proposed orders.
